For microprocessors, I am using Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M380 @ 2.53 GHz 2.53 GHz. Intel Core i3 is suitable for a home user like me. I am satisfied with what I am using right now. I am not a gamer or graphic designer. Therefore, there is no need for me to use a higher level of microprocessors like Intel Core i7 or apple os.
For RAM, I am using 4.00 GB. I think 4 GB is enough for me right now. Even if I want to upgrade it, i will do so in 2 years time perhaps.
For operating system, I am using windows 7. I am planning to upgrade it to windows 8 because i find that windows 8 is cool and it is simply an upgrade in a computer operating system. Not only that, since I have tried using windows 8, I find that it is easier to use because I like to explore new things especially when it is regarding computers. I find that using Windows 8 is fun and simply amazing.
But since we are asasi sains fizikal students, there is a need for an upgrade to my current laptop. I have been researching for the ideal laptop for engineering students these few days. It is said that a computer operating system preferred for us are Intel Core i5 or Intel Core i7. Thus, there might be an upgrade to my current laptop next year if it is really needed or we really need to upgrade it for a high performance.
Personally, I think it is based on one's preferences on their ideal laptop. Not only that they are thinking for their own satisfaction, there are a lot of things that needed to be taken into account. In conclusion, there are a lot of laptop hardware that can be used but it is still based on our own purpose and budget.

For microprocessor, I am using Intel ® CoreTM i5-450M processor (2.4 GHz. 3 MB L3 cache). This type of microprocessor can give a higher performance and faster accessing speed compared to Intel® CoreTM i3.
ReplyDeleteFor Random Access Memory (RAM), I am using 2 GB DDR3 Memory. I don’t think that I need to buy a laptop with a bigger capacity of RAM as the amount of RAM needs is depends on the software I use. Furthermore, this kind of RAM is fast and relatively inexpensive.
For operating system, I am using Windows® 7. I prefer Windows® 7 than Windows® 8. This is probably because it is easier to use Windows® 7 . I notice that Windows 8 numbers are still abysmal. Windows® 8 is quite different from Windows® 7 because it is designed for touchscreen computers and tablets.
